We're a father and son Country duo focused on taking Country music back to the things that really matter... Community, story telling and great songs.


We grew up listening to the old Country story tellers.  Storytellers who would make their guitars sing and could send you to another world with just one line. 


We felt modern country had lost that somewhere along the way. Country music became all about pickup trucks and autotune...

So Dad and I decided to start Folks Like Them.   We wanted to go back to the story, the heartfelt story of what made country music so special.  Going back to our roots.
